It’s In The Press

Like basketball, you’re in a full court press and the ball is your hand and you decide what to do with it and how you are going to put points on the board and reaching your goal. Father is the Coach, Jesus is His Assistant, the Holy Ghost is the referee, and the angels are your teammates. Therefore, you have everything you need to win in your relationship with the LORD and achieving your mission/assignment.
I know sometimes things can become distracting and frustrating because of the other team and all their shenanigans to prevent you from achieving your mission, but you were born for this mission and created to have an intimate relationship with our Father.
Let’s explore basketball more deeply. Trust must be built between the players and their coaches. It doesn’t start on the basketball court or even in the locker room. It begins off the court, where the coaches trust the players to practice on their own time, keep themselves out of trouble, have integrity, and good character when they are at home and not being seen, and the players trust the coaches to do the same, but to also be someone they can lean on when they are facing life’s difficulties, that they care about their well-being just as much as they care about their talent, and even to trust them with their careers.
Then there is the relationship between the teammates. With the aforementioned things already in place, their bond begins off the court as well but on the court too, simultaneously. They must build a rhythm along with trust because that’s what wins games; not just throwing the ball into the hoop. The points are only attained when the team works well with one another and with the coaches and they think and move as a team. That is only achieved when they can trust each other.
You already know Who’s on your team and Whose team you play for, so in this press that you’re in right now, lean on your Coaches and teammates to get you to your goal. Lean on the Kingdom League and show them that you trust Them and that They can trust you to press on, regardless of the circumstance. You may feel alone, but you are not. There are many, many more with you than who’s coming against you. You are NEVER alone. God’s got you! And the game is already rigged for you to W I N!!!!
