Manage Wisely

If you own a business, you are a manager. If you have a home (in any capacity), you are a manager. If you have a family, you are a manager. If you have a ministry, you are a manager. If you go to school, college, or getting a higher education, you are a manager (of yourself and your future). If you are a parent, you are a manager. If you have a job, you are a manager. If you are married, you are a manager. If you are a caregiver, you are a manager. If you serve as a leader in any capacity, you are a manager.

You did not have to put in an application to be this manager. God put it in you. He qualified you. Therefore, you have skills to pay the bills.

We all have a measure of things we manage and it’s up to us to take care of what is in our possession. You are a manager of your time and resources. You can be a good manager or a bad one. It’s all up to you. And, you don’t have to be told if you are a good one or bad one, because the outcomes from the decisions you made, will tell you. Are you eating up your time, money, your health, and your future with foolishness, sin, bad choices, rushed and risky decisions, an unnecessary amount of sleeping, procrastinating, avoidance, being unhealthy, not doing what’s necessary to heal, etc? Or are you managing your time, money, your health, and your future wisely by obeying God immediately, making good decisions, living holy, being ambitious and outgoing, being focused, getting proper rest, going to therapy, eating healthy and exercising, and making your relationship with the LORD priority?

Don’t be fooled, whether you are managing well or not, time is going to go by; you just have to make a decision if you want to be in the same place next year or if you want to be in a better place next year. The choice is nobody else’s but yours. No one can keep you stagnant, you only make the decision to be stagnant by listening or reacting to them.

Spend this year managing well and be honest about where you are and stop pointing the finger at someone else about where you are in life because they have nothing to do with it. You are the manager of your life, not them! Change your future by changing how you manage. I’m looking forward to seeing the new well-managed you in the year to come!
