Say YES!

Do you need a fresh start? Do you need a new beginning? Do you just need a do-over? Or even a second chance?
Then say Yes. Say Yes to the things that will give you what you’re looking for and what you need.
When you say YES, it means you have to say NO to those things that are keeping you in your current state. What are those things? Only you have the answers and you already know in your heart what those things are; you just have to be brave enough to confront it.
Yes is a choice, just like the word no. When you say YES, you are making a conscience decision to free yourself from bondage. Saying YES is a brave decision. Continuing to stay where you are because of fear or lack of restraint is cowardly. It doesn’t take strength to stay where you are; it takes strength to remove yourself from it. Think of it like this (because I know that seemed a little harsh, but stay with me): refugees, a person who’s been kidnapped, a victim, rebels, or protesters are people who FOUGHT FOR THEIR FREEDOM and were willing to die for it and WON! We see it all the time. It took bravery. They could have stayed locked up and died in their current state because they couldn’t see a way out but they didn’t. I’m sure those who fought and were freed fought scared. Did you see what I just wrote? Fought scared? I’m sure they contemplated every outcome but they knew if they were going to die, they didn’t want to die there; they had to move. But you…you, have a Team Member that you keep counting out and that’s Jesus.
Tell Jesus, YES! Yes, you are my Savior. Yes, you are my LORD. Yes, you died on the cross for me. Yes, you gave me the Holy Spirit. Yes, you can help me. Yes, I - CAN - DEPEND - ON - YOU! In those sentences alone, you increased your chances for a new season, a turn around, and/or a new beginning. Your freedom is worth fighting for but you must decide for yourself that you want it bad enough. Make the change. Say YES to you!
