Take Your Time

You know…God is so amazing! He knows all things and executes well. He knows the beginning of a thing and the end of it as well. He knows what we need to hear and what we should see. Therefore, He also knows when we are making moves and decisions that will take us out of alignment with Him or if it will bring us harm.

So, what does He see that will cause Him to have to warn us to take our time? I know for me, I’m always hit with “do this now” or “what you think” or it’s an “emergency” situation and my decision is put on the spot. Whelp! I’ve learned I don’t have to rush my decisions based on your situation. I also learned that if I am rushed into a decision then the most likely beneficiary is the other person and not me. Don’t put me on the spot because I will say no with the quickness. Why? Because I have to evaluate the entire matter and not just what you want me to see. When a person’s behavior is of that caliber when approaching me, my antenna immediately goes up, because….🤔….what don’t you want me to see or know????

This also is making decisions about whether you should purchase something or not. We’re always rushed into a decision. And when it’s like that, my answer is usually NO because I owe that to myself and sanity. If I miss the opportunity, the LORD will equip me in spite of it. I will 👏🏽 not 👏🏽 miss 👏🏽 and neither will you! You don’t miss the opportunity; you miss the sale and gain a risk (hoping they will come through like they said they would). The LORD will bring it through other avenues and there’s no risk in Him because we know what the end’s gone be. We just have to get before Him and be willing to listen. ABBA, will always make sure YOU - DON’T - MISS!
